CRM Phase 1

CRM Review Questions

This page reflects the live HubSpot export. Marketing automation is out of CRM scope, so the remaining questions are narrower: list classification, workflow keep/remove decisions, NetSuite continuity details, and whether Salesforce is anything more than residue.

Remaining Decisions

HubSpot access is already live, so these are no longer discovery questions about HubSpot itself. What remains is client intent classification plus missing NetSuite-side visibility.

Question Current Evidence What Still Needs Confirmation Default Position
Which HubSpot lists should become CRM saved views? HubSpot currently exposes 227 legacy contact lists. The old 86-list count is stale. Which lists are genuinely internal sales operating views versus campaign or legacy marketing segments. Use the Legacy Lists tab to work through the live inventory. Only move internal pipeline and sales-operating lists into CRM saved views.
Which hybrid workflows should survive in CRM? The live export now classifies 162 workflows into suggested keep, review, and remove buckets. Client team needs to work through the review table and override any workflow where our call is wrong. Keep NetSuite continuity, deal management, and internal data hygiene. Remove clear marketing automation.
What exact NetSuite mappings and triggers must survive? HubSpot-side continuity fields and copy workflows are confirmed: netsuite_internal_id, netsuite_subsidiary, Copy Netsuite ID to Deals, and Copy NS ID from Primary Company. NetSuite-side record mapping, field mapping, and downstream triggers still need direct confirmation. Treat the current HubSpot-side fields and behaviors as the continuity baseline.
Is Salesforce anything more than historical residue? No Salesforce-dependent workflows were found in the live export. One legacy HubSpot list named Salesforce still exists. Confirm whether any live sync or operational dependency exists outside the workflow layer. Treat Salesforce as inactive residue unless an owner can point to a real dependency.
